Fundraiser Paint Parties
- Fundraisers are held at various locations around the greater North of Boston area - ask us about our partner venues!
- A fundraiser booked with Wicked Art Bar is considered a private event.
- A private event includes: three hours of event time, your very own instructor and all the materials needed for each guest to take home their very own painting: paints, apron, brushes and a 16x20 canvas. We also take professional photos of your entire event; will provide music for the duration and you also get to pick your own painting!
- Private Event Minimum Off-site: 25 person minimum, up to 60 people max capacity (dependent on the venue)
- Fundraiser Pricing: We set a base price of $25 per person, you set the final price. We recommend $45 per person (which equates to a $20 per person donation to your cause).
- We require a $200 refundable deposit to hold the date and time of the private event. We can accept check or credit card (we don't deposit the check or charge your card, it’s held as a security deposit).
- With all private events, we will send you a private registration link with all the details about the event for you to share with your guests so they may RSVP by registering and paying directly through the website.
- If you would like a custom painting developed, there is a $50 fee.
